The Scheme enables customers to pay amounts in any of the stipulated slabs and redeem the same by purchasing products and services (subject to exclusions mentioned below) at participating Tathaapi Spa chains within the stipulated period.

The Scheme is run by Tathaapi Spa & Wellness Private Limited for its company-owned and participating franchisee spa centers.

The customer agrees that by purchasing the Scheme, they are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

1. Duration

The Scheme is effective from August 1, 2021 and is valid until withdrawn. Tathaapi Spa reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions of the Scheme, either partially or in full, or to withdraw the Scheme in totality or in portions, at any point in time without prior notice.

2. Purchase of the Scheme

• The purchase of the Scheme can be made at any of the participating Tathaapi Spa centers across India, except the ones located at Bhubaneshwar and Ranchi Airports.
• The Scheme can also be purchased at Tathaapi Spa.
• The slabs of the Scheme can be changed by Tathaapi Spa from time to time.
• Payments for the selected membership or packages (spa and beauty therapies) must be made in a single installment in full. Part payments will not be entertained.
• Payments cannot be made through the redemption of loyalty points, gift cards, coupons, etc.
• One customer cannot purchase more than one Scheme, membership, or package.
• The Scheme is non-transferable.

3. Redemption of Benefits

• The benefits available under the Scheme include availing of any beauty and spa services, except for make-up and bridal services.
• GST is levied at the time of purchase of the Scheme, as the mode, time, and location of redemption cannot be ascertained at the time of purchase.
• GST shall be levied on the service value or product price at the time of each redemption. The amount of benefits mentioned is inclusive of applicable GST.
• Membership or package customers must take a prior appointment at the respective center to avail of services at their convenience.
• A valid computer-generated invoice from the participating Tathaapi Spa outlets evidencing the purchase of the Scheme is necessary to redeem the Scheme benefits.
• Benefits can be availed only by the customer who purchased the Scheme.
• An OTP (One-Time Password) sent to the registered mobile number of the customer is necessary for every instance of benefit redemption.
• If redemption is not possible due to non-availability of OTP or incorrect OTP, payments for services availed must be made in full at applicable prices and will not be covered under the Scheme.
• The benefits of the Scheme cannot be carried forward and must be utilized within the stipulated period mentioned in these terms and conditions.

4. Expiry of Benefits

• The benefits of the Scheme, i.e., availing products and services, must be redeemed within a limited period.

5. Other Terms and Conditions

• Services at Tathaapi Spa can also be availed without the Scheme.
• Only customers above 18 years of age are eligible to purchase the Scheme.
• Amounts once paid towards the Scheme will not be returned or refunded.
• Products and services availed through redemption of Scheme benefits are not eligible for further discounts or offers.
• The Scheme will be governed by these terms and conditions and the provisions of applicable law.
• Tathaapi Spa & Wellness Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the benefits of customers who are found violating any of the terms and conditions and may forfeit their unutilized benefits.
• Amounts paid towards the purchase of the Scheme and the redemption value of benefits are not eligible for loyalty points under the Runway Rewards Loyalty Program.
• Customers must take a prior appointment to avail of the services. General terms and conditions apply.
• Tathaapi Spa & Wellness Pvt. Ltd. or its franchisees will not be responsible if any of the terms of the Scheme are misunderstood or misconstrued by the customer.
• Under no circumstances shall Tathaapi Spa be liable for any incidental, ancillary, direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, injury, or death, whether in contract or based on any theory of liability.
